情緒成日起復不定

你好醫生，我去年12月開始成日無故唔開心，對所有嘢好似無曬興趣，跟住我朋友同我講話我太累叫我早少少訓覺，我聽佢講照做情況有所改善，直到年廿八前果幾日好似重無曬事咁，但過完新年又開始過了，而家情緒成日起復不定，一時就唔開心，一時就無事咁樣，係同人打機同埋聽歌果陣先好少少咁，我想問下我係咪有抑鬱症呀？？
