做了激光療程一年後不斷出暗瘡及暗粒

自做了激光療程一年後，臉部不斷出暗瘡及暗粒。不論用多少護膚品，皮膚依然偏乾，而且臉部皮膚自我修復能力下降了很多(傷口很難癒合)，應該怎樣解決？謝謝
