半夜胃痛醒，上腹痛

病患者男 - 18歲

每晚大約4-6點零晨都會痛醒，但平日沒事，感覺肚就是辣著辣著，請問是什麼問題呢？有吃胃藥醫生處方，但沒有照胃鏡，醫生有甚麼建議或治療方法?謝謝。
