嚴重甲溝炎和肉芽

病患者女 - 44歲

本人有嚴重甲溝炎和肉芽，看過皮膚科和外科醫生都說、不用消炎拔甲切除肉芽，但本人不想拔走指甲，請問應看什麼科什麼醫生才對？
