抑鬱

你好。
我有抑鬱也就快一年了。近這數月有想死的念頭，經醫生較藥後已經由計劃去死改為間中有想死的念頭。我想知道有想死的念頭，但我知道我不會去自殺，這是否已經足夠？因為我很滿意現時的狀態，不想再調較藥物。
