下腹有硬物凸出

你好，本人今年22歲，但在今年6月中到現在月經停止，期間去驗孕，結果為陰性，現在情況覺得下腹有硬物凸出，同時本人體重上升不少，還有覺得下腹悶痛，皮膚也好差，還有便秘的情況，想知我現今情況應如何處理！
