身體無力

病患者女 - 23歲

我自小比較瘦弱,什少做運動，從小到大雙手也不能同時完全伸長舉高,雙腳也不能跳起時向後屈曲,也做不到sit up，但除了這些,身體也沒特別,少病少痛,請問身體無力的原因是疾病,還是缺乏運動引起?
