頭暈.耳鳴

病患者男 - 30歲

椎基底動脈向左側橋小腦角偏移，併擠壓左側面聽神經根部（磁力共振照出）頭暈都有10幾年，上班的時候就唔多覺暈。耳鳴就快有9個月，一直耳鳴好影響睡覺同情緒。想知有沒影響同睇邊一科？
