請問結果可以算準確嗎？

醫生好，請問如果我性行為28日後驗hsv-2 igg neg，兩個月後包皮紅腫同痛，醫生開咗抗病毒藥後，1個多星期先消腫，兩星期後去再驗多次hsv -2 igg,結果都係neg(距離性行為16 週）
請問結果可以算準確嗎？
