耳經常流黃色水，呑口水有聲

我耳仔常常有黃色耳水流岀，隔數分鐘又會有，一時就變結焦，但沖完涼會用棉花棒用完又會變反有耳水岀，一時有異味一時無，最近感冒生病喉嚨極痛腫脹，呑口水也痛，鼻塞，耳有時痛，耳覺得聽力低左塞住左，呑口水也發現右耳有卜一聲，但沒有經常流耳水了，是怎樣呢？謝謝
