右肩痛

病患者女 - 60歲

本人右肩出現痛症持續兩年多，其間靠食消炎止痛藥，亦有做物理治療，估計為肩關節夾擠症候群，請問如要做適當治療，會需要什麼療程?如要照MRI，費用大約多少?
