袋底生黑色血泡

病患者男 - 30歲

今晚沖涼洗，下面發現有幾粒黑色血泡之前都無呢啲情況出現，但不痛不癢的，本人還沒有拍拖沒去嫖所以沒發生過性行為，有食煙不飲酒的。
請問為什麼會生？謝謝醫解答。
