發現肝臟水囊如何處理

病患者女 - 57歲

肝臟水囊有4.6 cm ，已發現存在兩年半，沒有任何肝炎，沒有長期食藥，沒有撞擊損傷過，肝酵素正常，比起兩年半前水囊大咗少少，水囊會繼續增大嗎？有可能會慢慢縮小嗎？需要如何處理？多謝幫忙解答 (●´з`)♡
