病患者男 - 25歲

我三星期之前有套性交，但口交則無套，而且事後發現下體有傷口，之後一個禮拜舌頭生粒粒和有一片黃色(摸不走)，口腔亦生飛滋，龜頭有少許生野同破損，而且周身都好痕，有時會會出蚊癱的物體，但隔日就談卻，還有脖和液下淋巴痛。最近發覺尿液是黃色的。請問會是什麼性病？會不會感染hiv?
