陰囊有了一粒紅點

你好何醫生，
昨天發現陰囊有一點突出的發紅點，會有觸痛感和微痕的。
今天觸痛減少了，但照樣發紅。
請問會是棷菜花嗎？
抑或是毛囊炎？
因為突出的發紅點，像陰囊其他的突出毛囊一樣，只是大一點和發紅。
