左上腹痛及淋巴腫

醫生你好！我的左上腹位已經好幾個月偶爾感到微痛，二月時做過上腹超聲波，醫生說沒有問題，最近一個月兩邊耳下淋巴腫了，照了超聲波和抽針抽取化驗，醫生說似良性。在擔心會不會其實是左上腹的疼痛問題導致淋巴腫了，是不是一些警號...唔該
