額頭上長一粒粒的東西

再3個月前額頭開始長一粒啦的東西。初始的時侯以為是青春痘或暗瘡，但之後發現它會排出一粒一粒黃色的油脂，時不時會覺得癢，並在2個月前開始用暗瘡洗面奶，情況只有輕微的緩和，到現在它還在繼續增多並有向下長的傾向。
