胆碱能性荨麻疹

医生，您好，我系深圳的，我患胆碱能性荨麻疹已经十几年了，包括系香港和深圳睇过好多医生，一直都看唔好，我系每年秋冬都会复发，系冬天只要吃热野，室内闷热，情绪紧张，全身都有针刺感，好难受，吃过氯雷他定，西替利嗪，完全没作用，请问您有无什么治疗方案，谢谢了。
