牙週炎？

病患者男 - 30歲

大牙有比較明顯鬆動感覺，照了 x ray ，發現有牙週病，而且牙槽骨有收縮現象，但大牙形狀還是原好，是否一定要剝牙？還有其他治療方法嗎？因為看的牙醫感覺檢查不詳細，只說要剝，冇得救，現在每天飲到凍水都即時神經痛一段時間
