全身關節痺痛 行路浮下浮下不穩

病患者女 - 50歲

本人經常 眩暈， 左耳耳鳴 已有20年 ，最近 發現 全身關節痺痛 行路 有點 浮下浮下不穩， 出好多汗 尤其是腳板 好痺 及 頸背痛 有時半邊身麻痺 請問什麼病? 精神病?
