子宮內膜異位

病患者女 - 33歲

有朱古力瘤問題，每次經期大便時尾龍骨與肛門痛。最近一次月經清後10天，大便有血，鮮紅色。不知問題會否由子宮內膜異位造成？照MRI+腸鏡可以找出原因嗎？
