寄生蟲問題

病患者男 - 22歲

前三天開始常常感到肚子餓
兩天後變為有胃氣 常放屁 肚子感覺頂著
而且多便 睡覺時肛門間中有點小痕
請問這有機會是生蟲嗎 如果是 請問糞便是不是一定可以看到蟲
