關於生蛇問題

我於14/8確疹生蛇在手臂內側，看家庭醫生，取了普通藥，吃了五次，疱疹仍伸展至手腕，再看皮膚科，吃了valtrex, 較控制，18/8 只多了手掌和手臂外側。
但19/8 2:30am開始, 覺得右邊下顎牙肉痛，至20/8 晚仍痛，會不會是疱疹發炎至這位置？
