腰痛

你好,本人兩星期前有一日突然起床後尾龍骨與屁股都有劇烈神經痛楚,痛到起床都有困難,痛楚長達至今仍帶有少許痛,期間不能進行大動作之行動,走路都有困難而且不能正常躺睡,病情於晚上及早上起床更為嚴重,而且亦有晨僵問題,腰部肌肉亦時常繃緊,中午起床後挺腰坐下或不停行路情況反而會更好,期間雖然有睇醫生,但都只打止痛針及食消炎止痛藥,但完全沒有用....我媽媽是強直性脊椎炎患者,而自己連日病徵亦與她相似...請問我可以怎麼辦??
