發燒引起鏈球菌有濃

醫生你好，因為發燒引起鏈球菌，面部非常腫而且有濃，而家無曬濃，但間中會有少少腫，但最困擾是皮膚，身上非常乾燥，面部乾燥和好“鞋”會紅，是否面部仲有菌?……求解答……謝謝！
