小便不適

醫生你好。
我今年25歲。男性. .上月中開始小便有少少灼熱的感覺（主要是尿偏黃的時候才有）。 但尿後尿道有異物感。。加上尿頻。尿後痛。
上週做的尿液常規顯示我尿白血球是0-1/hpf.屬正常。 可以排除發炎嗎？會是什麼問題。謝謝你
