胰島素治療開始後出現神經痛

病患者男 - 42歲

本人血糖一直控制不佳，直到一個月前開始胰島素治療.早晚注射20ml, 現在血糖回復正常水平，但是就開始出現神經痛的症狀, 後來經醫生處方, 神經止痛藥,pfizer pgn 50g 早午晚各一次，但是鎮痛效果不太理想，現在想問,我的狀況會持續嗎, 還事要吃其他止痛藥, 有醫治的方法嗎?
