睪丸痛

你好呀!葉醫生,
小弟從事飲食業,咁有時都會忍下尿咁,但有一次忍忍下睪丸就有D痛,過左一排又冇痛,所以冇睇到醫生,就係近排又痛番,我想問會唔會係發炎的跡象?如果有需要會唔會開刀做個小手術0.0?
