頸部淋巴

病患者男 - 28歲

我上星期六左右開始發現自己頸部左邊下顎後少少位置腫左(大約3隻手指甘長甘寛) 但係我當時又無傷風又無喉嚨痛只係工作壓力大引致背痛之後去針灸就好好多到左而家7月21號頸果個位一直都唔退唔知係心理作用定係點樣呢2日開始有時飲水會有少少喉嚨痛同埋個頭有時會有少少頭痛我想問下係咪淋巴出現左問題? 定係點樣既情況
