喉嚨潰瘍

我於2至3星期前曾與陌生人進行無套口交(我是受者)
現在喉嚨痛以及喉嚨有潰瘍, 並舌頭有小量發白
今天看內外全科的家庭醫生後,認為是腸或性病毒所感染並給了我抗生素cefuroxime,想請問何醫生這會是念珠口病嗎?會是HIV前期感染的徵兆嗎?還是像口腔的淋病?
