懷疑肺結核

病患者女 - 28歲

本人在做入職檢查照肺時肺片報告肺見條索及小塊狀緻密影, 之後就去驗痰, 驗痰塗片係陰性, 及去照了CT檢查報告說考慮纖維增殖性肺結核, 咁到底是不是肺結核?還是痊癒了的肺結核? 因為沒有以前的肺片作對比...
這情況可入職嗎?

本人都沒有病症及吸煙等習慣
