深呼吸時左胸口痛

病患者男 - 34歲

你好最近我發現有以下狀況

1. 忍住打乞痴時同深呼吸左胸口痛 (維持1-2秒) 位置是固定的
2 左胸口(偏中間位置)摸落有少少腫腫地起初以為是撞親但茶左藥膏都冇乜改善
3 沒有咳嗽
4. 當鼻敏感或感冒時情況會更差

請問我的肺部是否出現問題呢?謝謝!
