痕兩邊腎位置都好痛

成日好攰無力特別係雙腳訓完好似冇訓過咁訓醒都係好眼訓個腦成日諗吾到野平時就咁行步路都喘氣飲水小便頻密次數多有早洩問題左邊腎位置經常不舒服特別俾人地吱痕兩邊腎位置都好痛好似有抽筋既感覺請問是腎有事還是前列腺有事？
有什麼地方做腎體檢不需要醫生轉介
