懷孕期間盆骨及腳痛

醫生你好，我現在懷孕20週，大約一星期多前走路開始覺得左腿會麻麻及少許疼痛，後來愈來愈嚴重，現在只要動到左腿，左邊盆骨及整條左腿就會感到疼痛及麻麻的，非常影響走路及上下樓梯，躺下轉身坐下等動作亦會感到疼痛，只有坐著或站著不動不會感到疼痛，想問是懷孕影響或我的左腿是有其他問題？需要特別治療嗎？謝謝
