關節痛

病患者男 - 29歲

醫生無好，本人近呢一星期開始，有唔同地方關節都有少少痛，一開始既時候只係有一晚沖涼時突然腰下部有一下少少痛，第二日就左腳踝有少痛，之後幾日分別兩邊膝頭都有少少痛（唔係好痛，行得走得），有時手指都會有少少痺，但關節都無紅腫現象。每個地方都係分別痛一陣，有時又唔痛。想請教醫生，我咁樣會係咩問題? 謝謝
