胃痛5天

病患者男 - 18歲

已經胃痛了五天,胃痛第四天時看過普通門診,說我是有污糟物在體內,可是吃了兩天藥後並沒有太大的好轉,現在還會間歇性地胃痛,痛的時間不分長短,有時會痛1-2分鐘,有時會痛幾秒。請問這是什麼原因導致我會有這種情況出現?
