已做咗婦科及泌尿科檢查一切正常，我小腹2側經常痛，及肛門深處都經常痛，而且經常肚瀉大便稀爛，想請問醫生，我，會唔會係腸癌，我屋企人從來無人有腸癌記錄，好擔心
