懷疑第六神經壓迫麻痺導致右眼不能向外轉動

你好源醫生，3個月大BB在眼科醫院檢查，醫生懷疑第六神經壓迫麻痺導致右眼不能向外轉動和内斜視。但是我觀察BB右眼是會轉動的，是不是BB還小還不懂的控制眼睛？

3個月BB是否真的會得這種病？萬一真的患病要怎麼治療，是吃藥還是手術？要在幾歲之前治療最好？嚴重嗎？可以治療好嗎？還有就是得這種病會不會影響腦部的發育？或者影響其他方面？謝謝。
