看東西閃閃下

女孩子14歲, 例如有時看到枱面的POSTER (MENU)時會看見一些閃閃的東西!開頭以為這叫做散光...!
眼睛没有痛...也没有眼淚水...??

請問醫生這是什麼原因會出現這現象?
