共餐感染風險

與他人共餐，其他人沒有用公筷，他們又用他們食用過的筷子夾食物給我。若我立即吃下他們剛夾下來的食物，而他們是愛滋病人，口腔又有很多痱滋，我有冇感染風險，很是擔心。
