耳鳴，耳仔痛

病患者女 - 34歲

本人近日間中出現耳痛(好似漲住拿住有時又塞住咁)，耳鳴，頭痛，頭暈，進食後會有嘔心感覺。最常出現是耳痛及頭痛，持續時間較長。耳鳴及頭暈是短暫的，通常持續一分鐘左右。想問為何會這樣？
