心臟size

病患者女 - 53歲

最近一次體驗照肺發現心臟大了，醫生說11/21，但我又沒有3高，2016年驗血，甲狀腺又正常，但最近發覺手掌有啲腫脹，尤其右手，但又不是全日，是間中，好似啲血去哂落手咁，不太自然，請問醫生我是否有迫切性去再見內科醫生呢？謝謝
