潤膚膏會否加重手癬?

病患者男 - 20歲

本人腳部因患有香港腳,在患處使用潤膚膏並沒有清洗雙手,翌日手部便發現手部有脫皮現象,使用潤膚膏後皮膚脫皮現象加劇,還出現明顯瘙癢. 現特意查詢使用潤膚膏後會否令手癣或腳癣加劇?
