耳仔發臭

你好醫生，
我上個月因爲左耳耳塞影響聽力睇左普通科醫生，佢用水槍將耳垢沖左出黎，我以為已經無事，但2個禮拜後我又感覺到左耳入面好濕唔舒服，於是用紙巾抹乾，可能唔小心跌左少少入去，然後開始發臭同感到塞左，再睇左一次耳鼻喉科，醫生幫我吸左出黎，再開d消炎藥物同耳藥水比我，但2星期後發覺耳仔又發臭、左耳又塞左，一嗝氣或打乞痴都會令左耳唔舒服，請問係咩問題呢？
