胃痛!!右上腹局部有灼痛感

病患者女 - 34歲

最近躺下一段時間後就發生胃痛。右上腹局部有灼痛感, 心口有些頂住的感覺。坐起來或前傾有緩解。幾小時後會突然不痛, 才敢平躺。
平時沒有痛。
會是甚麼問題? 需做甚麼檢查?
