切除/微創右上肺葉後護理

病患者女 - 32歲

各位醫生，
想問下做完這種手術(切除/微創右上肺葉後護理)後應該休養多久方可以搭長途飛機。

還有休養多久可以潛水，(深潛)，跳傘運動。基本運動健身可以嗎？需要做復康運動嗎?
飲食方面需留意哪些?有沒有一些保健藥物可以服用。感謝
