手腕痛

病患者男 - 26歲

醫生您好，我左手拿東西和逆時針轉動時，由手腕下方(近尾指)會感覺到痛，是肌肉和筋的痛，且有種筋十分緊的情況。
情況已持續了兩星期多，曾4次看跌打中醫亦未見好轉。請問我該向哪求醫?這是手腕關節炎 / 筋膜炎的現象嗎?
