我係咪患上精神病了？

病患者女 - 19歲

我前幾個月因為瘋狂節食，現在有四處無人的時候就會暴食，然後因為愧疚就會逼自己嘔翻出來，然後一路嘔就一路喊。但係怕家人擔心一路都唔敢同人講。想去公立醫院但好似都要介紹信排期？加上我係海外讀書根本無可能住院或者定期複診。。。掙扎中。
