尿不清的感覺

病患者男 - 30歲

已經持續一年有多，主要情況是有小尿不清的感覺，和每次射出來的精液都有很多粒粒像(啫哩)透明的東西，只是最近透明的精液粒粒愈來愈多、射精時也感很疼痛，也曾經看過泌尿科專科和做了一些化驗，但最後得到的答案是找不到病徵，本人只覺得失望！
