痱滋不癒

之前吃餅乾刮傷了口腔內壁，然後變了痱滋還腫起來。兩個星期後已經不痛，但是還能看到中間有一點和凸起來。是不是有什麼病變？

有用西瓜霜和醫生說凸出來的是口水腺。是正常的嗎？
